@ercanozkaya The fix for the thumbnails is created in this branch. This screenshot shows you a thumbnail generated before the fix (right) and after the fix (left):

However, as we discussed briefly, images are not correctly shown in Magnific Popup window either, most likely due to browser implementation. Loading the image directly in a separate tab does show it correctly. Example:

I managed to get around this issue by autorotating and saving the stored image in the onAfterFilesFileControllerAdd event, but this might not be very efficient. It looks like they will not be fixing this in Chrome, see this issue on their bug tracker.
