Readme doesn't work about heroku-buildpack-meteor

It's possible meteor or heroku has changed behavior in the 3 months since this buildpack was written. I don't use meteor myself.

I got this buildpack to work ok but your heroku account must be verified (have billing information) to activate the addon for mongo even the free version. After I did that, this works as described.

Closing. README had gotten out of date again, has been updated to reflect recent changes in Meteor & this buildpack.
