VS2013 doesn't support some of the language features used in curlcpp, so you'll have no luck here.

I don't think there's a cpp bindings alternative. You'll likely need to use vanilla libcurl.

help me to install curl and curlcpp on windows for Visual Studio 2012. or any other versions. or any other compiler.
The thing is I need to write cpp programs for making HTTPS requests in anyway on windows

You probably are looking in the wrong place for the answer to that question. If you go to libcurl's website they have a PDF to show how to import libcurl into Visual Studio (but it doesn't specify what version it is made for). http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/visual_studio.pdf
