tuntap doesn't work due to interface binding deadlock about netctl

Ah, this only happens when one has used netctl enable $tuntap

It works just fine, if you say netctl start $tuntap without having enabled it. It's the service file that is generated that borks it.

A workaround for those that might run into this same problem:

# cat netctl\@openvpntap0.service 
.include /usr/lib/systemd/system/[email protected]

[Unit]
Description=Openvpn Tap Connection
#BindsTo=sys-subsystem-net-devices-tap0.device
#After=sys-subsystem-net-devices-tap0.device

Comment out the binding, and the afterwards, and then it'll happily execute as it's supposed to. And my bridging netctl which does bind to that tap0 device, as well as the other ethernet device, works just fine.

A better workaround would be to specify BindsToInterfaces=() in the profile, but this is fixed in feb669f.
