Bridge without Interfaces won't start about netctl

I'm unsure if the proposed fix is a good idea at all. A bit later I stumbled into problems because netctl did create systemd unit files for dummy devices that would list the existence of the dummy device as a dependency - so it would wait for the device it is supposed to create. I did not yet find the time to check how this problem occurs, but it certainly looks like it originates at the same code.

This was caused by a change in Bash 4.3. Previous versions had an incorrect handling of setting array attributes on which netctl relied.

Fixed in b4f7bf8.
