Hi @DUBERT
I haven't updated the library for 0.12 yet. Luckily the warnings are only annoying and not dangerous yet. Have you noticed any errors with .12 or just the warnings?

I found an error. (v.1.4.5)
On DateTimePicker, the slide left and right transition animations are broken and there is some text that looks like a lost style. I traced it to somewhere in ReplaceTransitionGroup, but that's as far as I got.
When navigating between months, the new view is added to the top, and the old ones are pushed down, there is no replacement.

Working on a 2.0 branch that upgrades to 0.12, Unfortunately there is not a manageable way to support previous versions at the same time with some of the changes in 0.12.
