You could make that argument, and I wouldn't blame you or anyone for forking and restructuring the project. But for my part (and my projects), it's still just one logical entry in of a collection of I2C slave devices built on top of a device platform. The device by itself with basic I2C communication definitely falls within this category, though the ported MotionApps add-on functionality--i.e., the DMP stuff--can be pretty extensive. In my branch, I plan to leave the organization as-is.

Ok, https://github.com/nixpulvis/MPU9150 is the work I'm doing. The motivation behind this was fixing some import issues I was having when trying to write an Arduino library that used this library.
