It's important that this code is not added to the hub server. While it'd be much easier to do it there, we hope to stay open to the idea that the hub server could be replaced by WebRTC DataChannel. Given this constraint, OT must be implemented in a P2P fashion.
There are a few possible approaches to this. The session owner could act as the authority and other participants could take over this duty as previous ones disconnect.

This feature becomes more important as clients see higher latency. -- Something we expect more of as we explore TowTruck on mobile devices.
