Define if data in context documents is ignored about json-ld.org

The following text has been added to the JSON-LD syntax spec:

When importing a @context value from an external JSON-LD context document, any extra information contained outside of the @context value MUST be discarded.

But, yes, I agree.. it should be ignored..
