Env var isn't set about hubot-auth-persistent

Now i understand what should that variable look like after comming across your code, once again.
Environment="HUBOT_AUTH_ROLES='role=id role=id role=id'"
you should add that to readme, i think

Also, after i set the env variable inside service config, i cannot get it running at all.

Now i'm getting to core of this problem...
There's some problem while it's trying to read EnvVar HUBOT_AUTH_ROLES
Here's what happens when it's trying to read the variable.
