bin/bash not found when using example from readme about fatty

if I run fatty.exe just as is, nothing works, not even ls:

all tabs exhibit the same behavior in this use case:

fwiw: i do have a working cygwin, and obviously these commands work in my std cygwin terminal

Part of the problem is the same as #5 which I've unfortunately been too lazy to fix.

Start fatty with command fatty - (note the dash)

I close this for now, since it's practically a duplicate.
