[PkgEval] GraphViz may have a testing issue on Julia 0.4 (2014-09-17) about graphviz.jl

Also on 0.3 - only reported because it happened on both, not sure if file location changed or just temporary connectivity problems.

I am facing similar issue

That is quite a different error, you should file a new one instead. This one only happened once anyway.
