Pkg.build("Cxx") build ERROR on OSX -- _BuildDeclarationNameExpr about cxx.jl

To solve this, I commented out in src/Bootstrap.cpp

Did a Pkg.build("Cxx") and there were no ERRORS. Obviously, I could not use @cxx with this deficient libcxxffi.dylib because it can not build a declaration, so I uncommented again the above and rebuilt Cxx again. This time it built without ERROR. Very strange.
