Thank you for clarifying the reason!
It makes sense that you wanted to use a specific plugin and the layer was the most simple way to implement it, with the advantage of supporting other plugins also.

I'm definitely open to consider this layer via PR!
At the moment we implemented WInamp because we had a need to use a closed source plugin named in_psf.dll that is used to reproduce the MINIPSF files.
Although I know there is a FOSS plugin version of the very same plugin for FooBar, This means that if someone is open to implement a FooBar layer on FFNx we can add it as a new layer :)
