This works perfectly fine on Windows 10. Tested with US-English Windows 10 Pro which is up-to-date and with LICEcap version 1.25 and 1.26.
@tianzhijiexian You definitely need to give more details. Check out this website (which comes with translations, perhaps your native language among them) for what details would be needed.
If you want to be really thorough, use the problem steps recorder (psr) which is built into Windows. Then email the result as attachment to the author.
@justinfrankel This may actually also be a duplicate of issue #1 if I interpret the names of the authors correctly as from the far east.
