study.js's Introduction

Node.js Flash Cards

Flashcards should be easy to access online and offline from as many devices as
possible. They also shouldn't be tied to a proprietary app you have to purchase
for $3.

This project aims to:
- Get me familiar with node.js development.
- Get me familiar with nosql (eg.: mongodb), if appropriate.
- Utilize the latest HTML5 APIs.
- Be incredibly simple looking:
  - Two squares, front and back, with text inside (like good, old index cards).
  - Hidden, toggle-able, edit -buttons and -forms.
  - eg.:
      +-----------------------------------+
[edit]

        QUESTION (front)

      +-----------------------------------+

note: "edit" text below should be greyed out like drupal/views edit/admin
      text.

      +-----------------------------------+
[edit]

          ANSWER (back)

      +-----------------------------------+

An example of a neat feature I'd really like to see is full use of LocalStorage
HTML5 API, to better handle intermittent connectivity, while allowing

Terminology
- stack: A collection of index cards on a related topic.
- card: An individual item of study within a stack.
