basically whole cc_shellcode.exe is now your shellcode.

as you can see from example : "ReadFileLoadImage()", only thing you have to do is load it to memory (RWE) like it is (by f.e. read file), then resolve exported "@HijackedImage@4" and invoke call to it.
@HijackedImage@4 : resolve fixups, (user mode)imports, jump to entry point of your user mode code

or you can use a second approach, usefull mainly when you teleport your image to kernel by "Fork()" which basically copy whole image from memory and do : resolve fixups, imports (kernel imports), jump to entry point of your kernel mode code
