This is related to #12 and #18, and as soon as iron:router has been replaced (coming soon #41), I will work on this update. I've already completely designed it and even started adding the tests (not that I'm 100% sold on my implementation, even though I know it will work). These hooks will be included in addition to a bunch of others (e.g., onBeforeAuth, onBeforeResponse, onBeforePost, onAfterDelete, etc.). I'll be sure to mention it here as soon as the update has been published or is available for testing.

and thanks for the restivus, I think it was the best REST API package for meteor out there.
