Color palette settings about fbterm

1. perhaps extending fc/bc color value from [0-7] to [0-255] is a more simpler
solution for your problem.

2. is it a complex way to customize color palette via escape sequences?
I think  it's sufficient.

I've been having a play with fbterm and I like it, I could use it every day but 
I won't be. I find the default 16 colours a bit harsh so in the frame-buffer I 
redefine them using the <ESC>]P sequence and until fbterm offers a way of 
setting these it is not for me. Setting them in the .fbtermrc seems the easiest 
solution for users (or even better just inheriting the colours from the console 
it was started in/respecting <ESC>]P codes), personally speaking I would not 
mind if it was a hard coded compile time option set in say the config.h file.
