logout url is invalid about cas-security-spring-boot-starter

Thank you for reporting @Panmax I configured single sign out filter but I think I have to configure normal sign out filter :)

@Panmax when 0.2.0 will be released you can add following configuration to fix your issue with _logout`:

In addition, please checkout new README.md I've added section about logout.

If you want to disable CSRF (you may understand after reading new README.md section) using security.enable-csrf = false you've to wait for #9 to be fixed
