Cannot install in Debian Buster about makewiz

Could you please try the cargo install and tell me if it works this way? I think that I had the same issue on one of my machines and managed to download MakeWiz this way. I hope this works for you for now and I will keep looking for a solution.

It appears that the bug may have occurred due to my use of an outdated version of the package for generating Debian files. I've generated a new binary file, and it resolves the issue on my machine, where I also have the bug. I've prepared a new pre-release version including this file. Could you please confirm if it also resolves the issue on your end? @parduz

I checked this on a few machines and the new binary file seems to resolve the issue. I decided that a new version is not needed for this. I added the file to the newest release version, but also left the old one there just in case.
