Dear all,
We did a new upgrade tentative from version 12.6 to 16.5.
The redirection loop is still present when we try to access the old KMC.
Has someone an idea where to look at?

Dear all,
I finally fount out that the issue was due to the use of PHP7.* .
I have downgraded to PHP5.4 and it works fine.
