It is "Allowing" not "Always open", it will be control by parameters.

To note - that was a ping for @laijs :-) (as I came a looking to check if it was for me).
@laijs - if you want that unixsock agent feature so you can use/do/enhance testing, then we'd be really happy if you could do us a PR? Otherwise, I suspect we will conclude that there is not enough demand for this, and then we will probably close this Issue.
