A liberal can fail a mission and shouldn't be able to.

As a liberal president:

• If I have two blues I can discard a blue
• If I have only one blue, I can't discard it

As a liberal chancellor:

• If I have a blue, I must play the blue
• If I don't have a blue I can play a red

In either situation, the player can do either option but will receive a red error message if they try to do it. The game won't proceed until the player fixes their mistake.

Avalon does this already, look at how they play cards for inspiration.

Either force spectate to happen at the top of game/index or add a button to view all roles in the bottom of overview

In the Avalon lobby, let's make another tab at the bottom with rules. This will be similar to how Skull and Secret Hitler have their rules. The rules don't need to be complete, but a high level would be good (two teams, voting on missions, etc)

Currently the base select game screen has a different layout than the other lobbies. Let's use the same Grid and PlayerCard components to make them feel the same
