isSupported() fails on old versions of Chromium and Firefox

The `isSupported()` method fails when the polyfill is used in older browsers. We were able to reproduce this issue in the following browser versions: - Firefox 130 - Chromium 129 Both versions were released around September 2024.

When you say "fails" can you please describe the failure? Does it return `false` initially? And still return `false` after polyfilling? I have a hunch it might be due to the bug fixed in https://github.com/keithamus/dialog-toggle-events-polyfill/releases/tag/v1.1.4. Please can you try this version to see if it still repros.
