我现在在 Mac 上，无法测试，请问能复现吗？另外，gnvm 的源是哪个？

目前使用的是淘宝的源
via: .gnvmrc
registry: http://npm.taobao.org/mirrors/node/
BTW:用其他的nvm类工具安装npm6.0.0的时候在win下都会报错，感觉是依赖有所改变。根据错误提示，使用了管理员权限，并各种删除操作之后还是会报错。降级使用5.8.0之后是正常的。5.8.0以上的版本都会出现问题。

感谢反馈，估计文件夹结构改变造成的。
需要适配新的结构了。
