nova-scotia-open-data-predictions

We have designed a deep learning model for predicting the spread of diabetes across Nova Scotia in 2020 so that the required arrangements for tackling the consequences can be made beforehand. The predictions have been recorded on a heat map. This heat map would help the decision-makers to arrange the required number of resources and physicians in different areas. The model is easily scalable as it can be reused for visualizing future spread for any given disease. Moreover, the model can be designed over minimal computational resources and does not require cloud infrastructures, which makes it cost-effective. As per the research, it was found that the assigned credits and benefits for physicians in Nova Scotia are unevenly distributed. Hence, we have also designed various pie-charts depicting this credit distribution which can guide the credit distribution process in order to effectively assign credits to physicians in different benefit domains such as alternate funding, CMPA.
