Moved folders need to deep-move about myonedriveclient

When moving local folders, it sends delete events to the deleted item and create events to the top-level moved item, but all children end up deleted in remote, but exist locally. Since the cut-paste event does send delete/create events, the children of the deleted/created item are orphaned since their parentId no longer points to a valid item and thus cannot be directly re-uploaded in metadata.

This can be solved by looking for very closely spaced delete/create events of an item that has the same "last modified" timestamp.
