there's something wrong with that package. This issue has surfaced before https://github.com/keystonejs/keystone/search?q=unicode&type=Issues&utf8=%E2%9C%93 https://www.npmjs.com/package/unicode it seems that package calls out to unicode.org so if your box is unable to dial out to the internet you'll see that error.

Possibly related to the fact that you're using Node 0.10, which we don't actively support anymore!
