Looks like MathJax.isReady is never being set to true.

It looks to me that MathJax seemingly demands to be loaded with the page, not after; it waits for a window.onload before processing all the math. (Not sure why this is different in Chrome and Firefox but it seems to be the problem.)

Submitted a Pull Request. I am a bit dumbfounded by MathJax's API. That's some shroom-powered API design right there.
