I am Beamline Scientist at BM08-XAFS/XRF Beamline

Dr. Latif Ullah Khan is a beamline scientist at BM08-XAFS/XRF Beamline, SESAME light source. His research is focused on instrumentation, “development of X-ray Excited Optical Luminescence (XEOL) and X-ray Emission Spectroscopy (XES)” experimental setups at the BM08. He is also working on XAFS, XRF and XEOL data analyses using advanced data science techniques, machine learning in high-level programing language Python.
