Static lib: OopLibShapes
Windows Desktop application: SimplePaint

em sử dụng bản visual 2019 16.9.4 nên nếu visual chạy compiler 
cũ hơn thì static lib cần build lại ạ

em build static lib ở chế độ release và x64 nên ở SimplePaint 
em cũng để ở chế độ release và x64 để tránh lỗi

Lưu ý
các file txt được tạo sẵn như sau:

filename.txt (file quan trọng) là file để lưu các tên file đã tạo chứa 2 file tạo sẵn 
là filename.txt và data.txt

data.txt (file quan trọng) là file mặc định sẽ lưu và tải hình lên 
nếu người dùng không tạo ra new file
