Update README.md with rtail-server and examples about rtail

@kilianc --udp-port in Readme fails on rtail-server. it's just -p there. --udp-port (-up) is better imo.

did you pull ?

-up is malformed it's --up being more the one character which is what I want, but server.js needs a commit because now is --port. readme and actual params are not aligned :D

pulled develop. missed a hyphen there :D, what about -i and -o? --input and --output, where output is the web port.
