Take à good look at the error, it wants to do somewhere in the sudoer cookbook
package "sudo"
The chef package command is used to install an application. On OSX this is handled by Homebrew. You can see in the error:
No Formula available
Which means that there is no sudo formula (normal since sudo is available on osxy default)
So, depending on what you want to do, you will need a way to stop the cookbook from wanting to install sudo, or duplicate the pieces that you do want in another cookbook.
