The bridge() functions needed to convert to/from String and NSString are undefined on OSX

Going to have to wrap them in #if os(Linux) #else #endif

Alternatively, you could add an extension as in the test program below... I tested it on both OS X and Linux and it works as expected...

import Foundation

extension String {

    func bridgeTo() -> NSString {

        #if os(Linux)
            return self.bridge()
        #else
            return self as NSString
        #endif
    }
}
extension NSString {

    func bridgeTo() -> String {

        #if os(Linux)
            return self.bridge()
        #else
            return self as String
        #endif

    }
}

let ns: NSString = NSString(UTF8String: "Testing 1 2 3")!
print(ns)

let str: String = ns.bridgeTo()
print(str)

Simplest solution is the extension mechanism. Create file called Bridges.swift and just put all the extensions you need for bridging right there.
