Add ping servers about sitemap_generator

It's not possible right now, but I can see the use for something like this. Which ones do you want to add?

Probably the easiest thing to do is allow access to the search engines hash which is currently this:
search_engines = {
:google => "http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/ping?sitemap=#{sitemap_index_url}",
:ask => "http://submissions.ask.com/ping?sitemap=#{sitemap_index_url}",
:bing => "http://www.bing.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?siteMap=#{sitemap_index_url}",
:sitemap_writer => "http://www.sitemapwriter.com/notify.php?crawler=all&url=#{sitemap_index_url}"
}

And just allow you to add or modify it in your config.

+1. I have the same problem, I should ping yandex.ru and some other search engines. I am implemented own method for now, but I prefer gem's method if I could add some new search engines to it. Ready help to test any solution.

Don't spend too much time @arufanov because I'm going to have something ready in the next day or so which will address this. It's not a big change but as usual the tests and docs take the longest :)

I didn't have time to finish this and I'm off for Xmas, but I've pushed code to the search_engines branch which basically does everything you guys need. I'll add some more docs and get it on master in the New Year. Cheers!
