Now that we're in the Elafros organization, we should consider creating a sibling repository to house this (I'm thinking this would be something like: https://github.com/kubernetes/charts for BuildTemplate, and possibly builder images).
@dewitt @mchmarny I am wondering if/what process we want to follow for new top-level repos?
