Hello-world sample in Java about docs

Should this be a plain Java app or a Spring Boot app? Maybe need both.

I was planning on writing a Spring Boot app by following the guide at https://spring.io/guides/gs/spring-boot/ - would love it if an expert in Java/Spring Boot takes this away from my hands :)

Tried to build with jib-maven and also kaniko but failed due to auth issues pushing image to GCR. Let's try to coordinate, shouldn't be too difficult.
