This issue "go mod tidy" may cause of some test files within the project. For example: https://github.com/koderover/zadig/blob/main/lib/microservice/warpdrive/core/service/taskcontroller/task_helper_test.go. This test file existed errors.
As far as I know zadig project will open source step by step. And now this project is incompleted.

To solve yarn's error:
Please follow contributor-workflow guide contributor-workflow to create your own environment.
Then change the backEndAddr (File path:zadig-portal/config/index.js) to your environment's address.
