提了一个PR，请review一下，主要补齐了缺失的Async方法。
另外很多查询方法调用了一个同步 QueryRowImpl 里面是执行一个DataReader, 适配异步有点难度，DataReader会有更高的性能么？印象中好像性能更低的，方便的话请解答一下我的疑惑，如若不对请指正。
