Run gulp file failed about angular2-typescript-gulp

λ node --version
v4.2.6

λ npm -version
2.14.12

λ ts-node -version
0.5.5

Not sure if node 5 requires ts-node - if yes, it must be globally installed.

npm install -g ts-node
