+1 -- this would be great. Or even just a way to pass the HAR into the URL (though the URL parameter size limit may become an issue). I may have time to hack on this myself if one of the original developers wouldnt mind pointing me in the right direction, that'd be appreciated and helpful!

@marks so far the ideas I've thrown around are:

  • throw raw json in url (might get too big)
  • full implementation (widget html creation) in javascript, instead of iframe
    • still does not solve the call to api.apiembed.com issue
      • can perhaps send a POST request with the data, rather than GET
  • use web-components (love this option) but harder for implementers to put on site?

JSON in the url ... is the issue, as you highlighted, limit can be reached quite fast...
