That is an Ubuntu package. It won't work on Fedora.

Try installing xcb-util-cursor package

Quick question though, how did you find the necessary package?
I looked at the debug but libxcb is the only package I found in the debug log.

Libxcb-cursor is the name of the library. The name of the package that installs that library can be named differently.

You could just search on Google what Fedora package installs that libxcb library, but I knew from experience with this issue how the Fedora package was named.
