Update to Gradle 7 about emotes

If you are a user, you don't have to care about Gradle updates.
It doesn't have to be compiled on Java 16 to be compatible with it. And (if possible) I want to use LTS and stay compatible with Java 8

I sometimes build from source - some mods have a slow release cycle, many fixes are implemented but not available so I have no choice.

I don't want you to change the default Java version for your project, only the Gradle version, which doing so afaik have no drawbacks, so I will be able to compile with Java 16. Gradle 6.* fails with Java 16.

Well, currently the code and the latest release are the same.
I've started to experiment with Gradle 7 and it mostly works.
I'll soon push the gralde 7 to the emotes repository.

By mistake, I was downloading custom emotes from this repo and somehow I confused one with the other. I just typed "emot" in the URL bar on this was the first hint from the browser.

I have to warn you about one last thing. Be careful when building with a newer Java version for an older one.

Here the signature of a method has changed and caused a crash on Java 8 when it was compiled with Java 11.

very last note. I'm using architectury loom instead of fabric loom to make it easier to build to Forge.
but it is compatible with Gradle 7.0
