Gruntfile.js is already there and does the interesting work. The Makefile merely runs mocha tests, duplicating some of the behavior of the Gruntfile.

Yep, it's a bit redundant in this repo, but in the others there are makefiles with no grunt. I was lazy at the time and just filed the issue here referencing it should apply across the entire suite.
