Not a valid WIN32 Application about pthreads

This does appear to be an apache build problem and not related to pthreads. It might help you to know that pthreads was built with VS Express 2008 (VC9), the pthreads-w32 binary was build with VC10 I've been told by the guys running pecl.windows.net. They are binary compatible and you should be able to load in apache without a problem. The guys at apache lounge are bound to be able to help.

Please do keep this bug report updated with your progress, if all else fails I can upload a snapshot with pthreads statically linked into php ( the preferred method of execution, but difficult to distribute for windows ).

Currently experiencing this "Not a valid WIN32 Application" error. I downloaded php_pthreads-3.1.6-7.0-ts-vc14-x64.zip

here's my system info:
Window 10 64bit
PHP 7.2.3

Any fix/instruction for this error in the version 3.1.6?
