I will look into why the INI settings don't appear to be applied ...
On a side note, you do not need to include files in threads that you have included before you started the thread.

A fix in testing ...
INI entries have a handler that is supposed to be executed when the entry is modified, I am not sure of the affect of avoiding executing the handler, need to design a test to find out ...
