Windows users need to install Windows Linux Subsystem to create a Linux virtual machine for make and Docker.
- Open powershell
- run
wsl --installto install and/or activate WSL - run
sudo apt install makein the Linux shell

Wsl2 is better then nomal window system,
Linux is fully surport Required library dependencies
The bash emulator is downright poor.
Ix is actively using the Docker environment, it can run itself, but it is so bad that development cannot proceed.
