Tile server should maybe be trottled/rate limited
e.g. to lower load on publicly available OSM server.

Leveled logging
use zerolog or zap to get some structured, leveled logging
Remove hardcoded OSM url and reduce zoom level

Must remove server url
Zoom level should be <=12 as the tiles are pre-rendered
Response should set max-age
To enable browser cache, we should set the cache.
GET http 200 should have max-age at about a week or so.
All other responses should have max-age not set or no-cache
