It's not a priority for me right now. Although, if anyone wants to write the support for it i will happily merge it.

Are you still using only Xcode 4? What about 6? :-) Anyway, for anyone else looking around here, please take a look at https://bitbucket.org/Unity-Technologies/xcodeapi
I've been able to use that code to some extent. However I couldn't add frameworks or whole directories as "groups" (yellow folders in xcode) in one go yet... they all just add as folder references which i think does not work with frameworks or something.

I have tested it with xcode 6.0 and works perfectly.
